About my Expedition

Live in Dubai and actually find the Expedition pretty easy to drive on the sand. It has a few excess pounds so can sink rather than swim over it but it always has the grunt to plow over the dunes. Picture is the car on the beach. Modifications are just to free up a little more power and noise. The breaks were always weak when the car was loaded so changed them out to powerslot rotors which have made a huge difference when mated to Hawk Pads. The Gibson exhaust was carried as excess luggage the last time I was over in the US, they were not happy to see me tryiong to take the long down pipe on the plane as hand luggage but it makes a huge difference. I also have a Kenwood head unit which mates straight to my Ipod to make sure I always have the right music.

Hawk does make some pretty good brake pads. Any other planned modifications?
